Don't be fooled by cheap imitations out of Florida.
There are some people claiming to have come up with the concept and calling it La Caja China.

1) They did not come up with the Cajun microwave concept, don't be fooled by advertising..
2) Their unit is pressed plywood, not cured cypress.

We also use stainless steel grate in the cooking bed and aviation grade metals for the coal bed.
