Bayou Classic Burners are rated on a PSI basis. The higher the PSI, the faster they will cause liquids to boil, not necessarily the hotter they will get. Burners are 55,000 BTU. usually 20 PSI Hose-Regulator   40 PSI available

The Bayou Classic Double Propane Burner will handle two large sized stock pots up to 60 quarts. This double high pressure propane burner includes two BG12 cast propane fry burners. It also includes a 15 PSI regulator kit which reaches 120,000 BTUs. This double propane burner has two 16 x 16 inch cooking surfaces. It is a perfect tool for those who have our large rectangular cast iron cooking griddle. Each burner has a control valve which allows you to adjust the flame on each individual burner separately. The Bayou Classic Double Propane Burner does include extension legs. The original height of this high pressure burner is 13 inches tall. The extension legs raise the height to 25 inches.
